Mr. Banning owns and operates Seacoast Builders, LLC. a general contracting and building company with offices in Rehoboth Beach, De and  Charleston, SC . With more than 17years’ experience covering all phases construction. Rick has successfully developed and built a multitude single family custom homes, commercial projects, residential sub-divisions, and multi-family apartment communities. Seacoast Builders offers a turnkey solution and manages all project aspects with owners from concept design, plan approvals, engineering, permitting and construction through final occupancy.

Coupled with extensive construction experience, Mr. Banning holds  his Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Wilmington University, Bachelor’s Degree, Wesley College, and Associate Degree, Delaware Technical and Community College.  Mr. Banning holds a Delaware Real Estate license, Delaware builders’ license and South Carolina Residential Builder license. Mr. Banning is a member of several associations including past vice president of the Delaware Home Builders Association, member National Association of Realtors, National Apartment Association and the Urban Land Institute.

Ralph is a proven Project Manager with 40 years’ experience in commercial and residential construction. Ralph has extensive knowledge of construction field and hands on experience with every aspect of the construction process. Ralph has successfully managed and completed many custom home projects including new construction, renovations and additions. His diverse background makes him effective at communicating and working with homeowner, managers and trade personnel at every level.
